A presence with a point of view

The right content.
A rhythm that works.

Your business does not need to be everywhere. It needs a clear voice, useful content, and a realistic plan for the platforms that matter to your audience.

Platform & audience direction

Choose the channels that fit your audience, services, and capacity. Establish what the account should communicate and the kinds of customer actions the content should support.

Content calendars

Build a practical rhythm around service education, approved project stories, customer questions, and timely updates. Plan the photos and information needed before the publishing deadline.

Captions & brand voice

Write captions that sound like your business. Give each post a clear idea, enough context to be useful, and a next step that fits the message.

Graphics & social creative

Create on-brand graphics, carousels, and other agreed assets for the selected channels. Use consistent typography, color, and imagery while giving different messages room to feel distinct.

Scheduling & ongoing coordination

Prepare and schedule approved posts, keep the review process organized, and review the agreed performance signals. Response handling, reporting, and platform responsibilities are defined in the scope.

Consistency starts before scheduling

Less scrambling.
More intention.

Good social content draws on what is happening in the business: the questions customers ask, the work you are proud of, and the details people need to understand.

We build a workable process around that knowledge. Clear content priorities and approval deadlines make it easier to show up consistently without treating every post as a fresh emergency.

Content with a reason
Teach, explain, show approved work, or invite a useful next step.
A recognizable brand
Keep the voice and visual identity connected across the feed.
Clear responsibilities
Know who supplies assets, approves posts, and handles responses.

Before we get started

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A few things worth knowing before we begin. Have a question about your project? Send it to Charles.

Which social platforms should we focus on?

The choice should follow your audience, business goals, and the content you can sustain. We review the current accounts and customer journey before agreeing on the platforms. A focused presence can be more manageable than trying to maintain every channel.

Do you create both captions and graphics?

Yes, captions and on-brand graphics can be included in the agreed scope. Original photography, video production, and specialized assets are discussed separately. Your input is needed for accurate business details and permission to use customer or project material.

Will I approve posts before they are published?

We agree on an approval workflow and clear review deadlines before scheduling begins. That includes where feedback is collected, who can approve content, and how time-sensitive changes are handled.

Are comments, messages, and paid ads included?

These are separate responsibilities to define in the proposal. Content creation and scheduling do not automatically include responding to every message, paid advertising management, or advertising spend.

How will we know whether the content is working?

We agree on useful measures based on the account's role, such as relevant engagement, website visits, or inquiries when tracking is available. Results depend on many factors, so I do not guarantee a specific number of followers, leads, or sales.
