Web Design
& Development.
Built around you.
Your website should feel like your business—and make it easy to understand why someone should choose you. I design and build custom WordPress websites with a clear message, a considered visual identity, and a straightforward path to getting in touch.
Good design draws them in.
Clarity carries them through.
The structure, copy, visuals, and functionality need to work together. Every page should have a reason to exist and a clear role in the experience.
Website planning & structure
Start with your services, audience, and the actions the site needs to support. Shape the page list and navigation around real customer questions, with the right information in the right places.
Brand-led visual design
Carry your logo, colors, typography, and personality through the full site. The homepage and service pages should feel like one considered experience, with imagery selected for a clear purpose.
Custom WordPress development
Build the agreed layouts and functionality on WordPress, including Divi where appropriate. Define forms, third-party connections, content responsibilities, and any specialized features before the build begins.
Mobile layouts & inquiry paths
Give visitors readable content, usable controls, and a clear way to act. Review navigation, page flow, image sizing, and the agreed contact functions as part of the build.
A useful search foundation
Create focused service content with descriptive headings, sensible URLs, and relevant internal links. Technical checks and on-page structure support discoverability; ongoing SEO work is a separate conversation.

Text Charles →Different businesses.
Distinctly their own.
A few examples from the website portfolio. The audience and brand guide the design—not a one-layout-fits-everyone approach.

The design follows the purpose.
The strongest pages connect what makes the business different with what the customer needs to decide.
Talk about your website →Your brand.
Their next step.
A professional-service business may need room to explain its expertise. A contractor may need visible project proof and a useful estimate request. An appointment-based business needs clear services and an easy booking path.
I shape the experience around those decisions, so the website can feel distinctive while remaining comfortable to use.
A clear process.
A collaborative build.
We agree on the pages, design direction, responsibilities, and launch plan before the build gets underway.
Discover & plan
Review the business, current site, audience, and goals. Define the page structure, content needs, and functionality in scope.
Design the experience
Bring the messaging and visuals together. Review the direction while the layout still has room to respond to useful feedback.
Build & refine
Develop the WordPress pages and agreed features. Check content, images, navigation, and responsive behavior as the build takes shape.
Launch & hand off
Publish after approval and complete the agreed launch checks. Make ownership, editing, software, and any continuing support arrangements clear.

Good questions.
Clear answers.
A few things worth knowing before we begin. Have a question about your project? Send it to Charles.
Can you work with my current brand and website?
Yes. We can review the existing identity, content, and WordPress setup before recommending a direction. Some projects need a new build; others benefit from a focused redesign that keeps the parts already working well.
What is included in a website project?
The proposal defines the pages, design work, content responsibilities, forms, integrations, and launch tasks. Hosting, maintenance, premium software, and continuing marketing should be discussed separately so the build and recurring costs are clear.
Do you create the page copy and source imagery?
Copy and image selection can be included in the agreed scope. Your input is essential for accurate service details, approved project images, and real business claims. Photography, video production, and paid asset costs are clarified before they are needed.
Will the website be optimized for search?
The build can include focused service content, clear headings, relevant links, and the agreed technical and on-page checks. Search performance also depends on competition, reputation, and ongoing work. I do not guarantee a particular ranking or lead volume.
Can I update the website after launch?
Yes. WordPress supports ongoing content changes, and the handoff can explain the parts you plan to manage. We also discuss any continuing support, software licensing, and maintenance needs so you know who is responsible after launch.
