The allowance is defined. The work is tailored to your priorities. Here is how the scope fits together.Talk through your workload →
What can fit into a month?
It depends on the materials, content readiness, and complexity. Charles estimates each request before starting. A newsletter or a presentation may use different amounts of time; the plans promise a production allowance, not an unlimited list of finished deliverables.Do you write and send the newsletters?
Email layout, production, light content editing, link checks, and scheduling can fit within the allowance using an existing platform and a permission-based list. You supply approved information, content, and images. Substantial copywriting, new automations, and platform setup are quoted separately.Does this include advertising or social media management?
Agreed campaign graphics can use the creative allowance. Advertising account management, media buying, consulting, and social media publishing are separate scopes. Tell Charles what you need so responsibilities and costs are clear. Are printing, software, and website care included?
Printing, postage, premium assets, platform subscriptions, and advertising spend are separate. Hosting and technical website care are also separate from content production. Major website builds and custom development receive their own quote. Can I start with a single project?
Yes. Start with a defined paid project or one paid month of support. Review the work and actual usage together before continuing. Existing client agreements keep their agreed scope and pricing.Let's plan your next month.
Tell me which materials you regularly need, when they're due, and whether you have existing content. We'll agree on a first month's priorities before work begins.
